What You’ll Do
- Design scalable ServiceNow apps with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Lead CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM implementation and governance.
- Enhance CI lifecycle management, data quality, and overall service visibility.
- Troubleshoot scripts, queries, workflows, and platform performance issues.
- Establish best‑practice standards for development, integration, and CMDB governance.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
What You Need
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM.
- Hands‑on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, JDBC, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
- Track record of improving CMDB accuracy and data quality.
- Experience optimizing platform performance and troubleshooting complex issues.
Good to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow AI or Now Assist.
