What You’ll Do
- Define and steer architecture across all development stages.
- Balance correctness, performance, and customer impact for optimal solutions.
- Maintain repository standards: branching, PRs, merges, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on architecture and dependencies.
- Conduct code reviews and resolve complex security, performance, and reliability bugs.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate team technical capabilities.
What You Need
- 5+ years as a Full‑Stack Engineer.
- Strong ReactJS expertise: hooks, context, state management, advanced CSS.
- Proficient in .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#) and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Solid SQL Server experience, including modeling and stored procedures.
- Deep understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Excellent English communication for a global development team.
Good to Have
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Background in the medical domain.
- Hands‑on with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud‑Native apps.
