We’re seeking a hands‑on developer who can also steer a small team, delivering scalable Java‑based enterprise solutions with modern cloud and web technologies. You’ll own end‑to‑end development while mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative, Agile setting.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to meet delivery targets.
- Design and build enterprise‑grade Java applications and microservices.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with architects, QA and product owners on solution design.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production releases.
- Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues in production.
What You Need
- 7–9 years of Java full‑stack development experience.
- Strong command of Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot and Maven.
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3.
- Hands‑on experience building microservices and REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of AWS services and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with Git version control; Docker/Kubernetes a plus.
- Solid background in SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Good to Have
- Banking or financial services domain exposure.
- Cloud‑native application development on AWS.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
