Lead the Quality Assurance function for PASS technology solutions, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and scalable applications that support patient support programs worldwide. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to drive testing excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze requirements, create comprehensive test cases and master test plans.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across PASS applications.
- Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and quality metrics reporting.
- Oversee automation adoption using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Coordinate with product owners, developers, and SMEs to validate acceptance criteria.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and perform risk assessments throughout test cycles.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8–12 years of QA experience, including 2–5 years leading QA teams.
- Proven enterprise application testing in Agile environments with distributed team management.
- Strong manual, automation, API, and database testing expertise, especially Selenium Python.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GIT, TestRail, and SQL Server.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- ISTQB, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Domain experience in healthcare, life sciences, or patient services.
- Knowledge of Playwright or other modern automation tools.
