Senior Workday Developer

You’ll drive the design, build, and maintenance of Workday solutions that power Autodesk’s global People strategy. Partnering with HR, payroll, finance and IT, you’ll deliver secure, scalable integrations and extensions that improve the employee experience. What You'll Do Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST & SOAP. Develop and enhance Workday Extend apps, including custom pages, model objects, and embedded logic. Configure Core HCM processes, job profiles, position management, and employee lifecycle events. Manage Benefits setup, eligibility, open enrollment, carrier feeds, and vendor integrations. Support payroll integrations, payment elections, banking configurations, and global payroll workflows. Maintain security roles, domain policies, and audit access controls. Lead biannual release cycles: impact analysis, testing, implementation, and post‑release enhancements. What You Need 6+ years delivering Workday solutions across Integrations, Extend, HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Security, Reporting. Expert in EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, REST and SOAP APIs. Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot complex Workday integrations. Deep knowledge of Core HCM configuration, benefits eligibility, and global payroll processes. Advanced skills in Workday reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and matrix reports. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams. Good to Have Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, Extend, Security, or Benefits. Experience with Java, Python or JavaScript scripting. Background in Agile/Scrum development teams. Proven track record managing Workday releases and change control.
