What You’ll Do
- Build and monitor Azure pipelines, datasets, dataflows, and integration runtimes.
- Extract, transform, and load data from source systems using Azure Databricks.
- Draft DB design documents aligned with user stories and client requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to define database schema, queries, and triggers.
- Write complex SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting.
- Create Synapse pipelines to move data from Gen2 to Azure SQL.
- Implement data governance and migration strategies across Azure services.
What You Need
- 4+ years of Azure Fabric, Data Factory, and Databricks experience.
- Proficient with Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Strong ETL design using Azure Data Catalog, Purview, and Event Hub.
- Hands‑on with Azure Functions, storage services, and Data Migration Assistant.
- Ability to craft SQL scripts for complex query logic.
- Experience migrating on‑prem SQL Server to Azure using DMS.
- Knowledge of real‑time, batch, and interactive big‑data processing.
