As a senior technical leader, you'll drive architecture and mentor senior talent across the organization. What You'll Do Define vision, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise CI/CD ecosystem. Lead design of secure, scalable pipeline orchestration and deployment services. Solve complex distributed‑system challenges while staying hands‑on with implementation. Enhance developer experience with AI‑enabled workflows and platform standards. Mentor Principal, Staff and senior engineers and influence cross‑team decisions. Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability. What You Need 16+ years in software/platform/infra engineering with distributed systems. Expert-level Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, concurrency, and JVM performance tuning. Proven experience designing and operating enterprise‑scale CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins). Strong background in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and public‑cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). Deep knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and data storage technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor senior engineers. Good to Have Experience building an internal developer platform serving thousands of engineers. Proven track record modernizing fragmented CI/CD environments into self‑service platforms. Knowledge of generative AI or LLM applications for developer productivity.
