What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver scalable AI‑enabled software solutions for enterprise productivity.
- Architect Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and AI‑driven workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and global engineers to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers across the team.
- Integrate emerging AI models, including generative LLMs, into cloud‑native services.
- Drive adoption of AWS or GCP services for reliability, security, and scalability.
- Monitor AI trends and rapidly prototype innovations for employee use.
What You Need
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years full‑stack, DevOps, and AI/ML development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Golang or TypeScript.
