What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high‑performing DevOps engineering team.
- Own reliability, supportability, and performance of core platforms.
- Drive upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
- Prioritize work balancing business needs, complexity, and capacity.
- Resolve complex CI/CD incidents and platform risks.
- Define and improve support models, workflows, and metrics.
- Champion automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement.
What You Need
- Extensive DevOps engineering experience with enterprise platforms.
- Proven people‑management of technical teams.
- Deep expertise in GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and EKS self‑hosted runners.
- Experience delivering operational services with SLA, incident management.
- Ability to solve cross‑domain technical problems using expert judgment.
Good to Have
- Experience in international, geographically dispersed teams.
- Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, and modern engineering platforms.
