What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance VisionPLUS CMS and FAS modules.
- Write and maintain COBOL, JCL, and CICS code on mainframe.
- Implement and support batch and online processing jobs.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve production incidents.
- Configure and monitor CA tools such as Control‑M and CA‑VIEW.
- Coordinate with business analysts to ensure functional requirements are met.
What You Need
- 6–12 years of VisionPLUS development or support experience.
- Strong techno‑functional knowledge of CMS/FAS and other VisionPLUS modules.
- Proficiency in mainframe tools: TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Endevor.
- Hands‑on experience with CICS and batch processing environments.
- In‑depth understanding of cards & payments domain and credit‑card lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and flexibility to work in global teams.
