Creative Capsule is looking for a seasoned backend engineer to drive AEM‑based digital solutions. You’ll design, develop, test, and maintain robust services that power content‑rich applications across the enterprise.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain backend services using Java, OSGi, Sling models, servlets, schedulers.
- Implement content and repository operations via JCR, ResourceResolver, AEM APIs.
- Build integrations between AEM and third‑party platforms or data sources.
- Write automated unit tests with JUnit, Mockito, and Sling Mocks.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize code for performance, security, scalability.
- Manage builds, dependencies, and reviews using Maven and Git.
- Support deployments and quality gates via AEM Cloud Manager.
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years backend development with Java, AEM, OSGi, Sling, JCR.
- Proven experience building AEM integrations with third‑party services.
- Strong unit‑testing skills using JUnit, Mockito, Sling Mocks.
- Hands‑on use of Maven for builds and Git for version control.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and secure AEM backend code.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaborative delivery.
- Knowledge of secure coding, cloud deployments, and maintainable architecture.
Good to Have
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Understanding of performance tuning and scalability best practices.
