What You’ll Do
- Enhance and maintain Aptiv’s web‑based automotive BI tool.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and developers on fixes and improvements.
- Create and execute acceptance test plans with end‑users.
- Stay updated on emerging software technologies to boost efficiency.
- Optimize legacy code performance and documentation gaps.
- Document system changes and share knowledge with the engineering team.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 6–13 years of web application development experience.
- Backend development with Java or Go (Golang).
- Building microservices using Service‑Oriented Architecture.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
Good to Have
- Experience with Spring Boot and Struts.
- Front‑end development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
