What You’ll Do
- Deliver end‑to‑end production support for multiple applications and third‑party products.
- Resolve incidents, manage changes, and lead problem‑management activities.
- Ensure SLA compliance and meet defined service requirements.
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and related services.
- Coordinate resources, set milestones, and track progress across projects.
- Mentor junior team members and act as subject‑matter expert.
What You Need
- Minimum 7 years of application support or TechOps experience.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of AWS, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix shell scripting or Python.
- Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL and database query optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues analytically and communicate clearly.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays for critical incidents.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Hands‑on experience using Splunk for log analytics.
- Knowledge of Grafana for monitoring dashboards.
