What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Enterprise LOB.
- Configure and support Agentforce, Data 360, Experience Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Deliver incremental value using Scrum/Kanban and JIRA for tracking.
- Operate within CI/CD pipeline ensuring reliable deployments.
- Troubleshoot and optimise platform performance with cross‑functional teams.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development (Sales/Service Cloud).
- Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Experience building SOAP/REST API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security (profiles, permissions, field‑level security).
- Ability to manage full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, support.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and JIRA.
Good to Have
- Experience with MuleSoft integration platform.
- Knowledge of Tableau and data visualization.
- Exposure to Prompt Builder tools.
