We are seeking senior Backend Engineers to drive a greenfield, compliance‑focused retail initiative. The role demands deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud‑native development to deliver enterprise‑grade services.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Create secure, high‑performance REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- Deploy services to Azure, leveraging containers and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement observability using Splunk and New Relic for logging and monitoring.
- Conduct architecture, code, and design reviews across the team.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance of distributed systems.
What You Need
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including large‑scale systems.
- 5+ years developing with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
- Hands‑on expertise with microservices architecture and REST API design.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services, containerization, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Couchbase, PostgreSQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, authentication/authorization frameworks, and observability tools.
