What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Execute automated regression tests across multiple product releases.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback.
- Track defects, test cases, and results using JIRA and TestRail.
- Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate script development and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve quality processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage and cut manual effort.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of software testing and test automation experience.
- Hands‑on experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency with JIRA for defect tracking and TestRail for test management.
- Skilled in AI‑assisted development tools like Microsoft Copilot or Cursor.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
Good to Have
- Experience with IQVIA’s Proprietary Automation Framework (PAF).
- Background in Agile/Scrum development environments.
