What You’ll Do
- Lead technical strategy for high‑scale managed package architecture and upgrades.
- Design and build Apex, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components.
- Create custom UI/UX using Field Sets, Custom Settings, and LWC for managed packages.
- Model complex data relationships across standard, custom, and package objects.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for package‑dependent deployments using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Conduct impact analysis and ensure zero‑downtime during package version upgrades.
- Govern namespace prefixes and enforce Salesforce best practices across codebase.
What You Need
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years Salesforce development, focusing on Field Service Lightning.
- Strong Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components expertise.
- Deep knowledge of FSL data model, mobile app, and offline capabilities.
- Proficient with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSL Consultant) preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Hands‑on CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Familiarity with Apex unit testing or Jest for LWC.
