What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable logging and metrics services for cloud applications.
- Build and maintain high‑availability infrastructure across 30+ global deployments.
- Develop APIs and pipelines for real‑time alerts and data aggregation.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Helm.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with product and SRE teams to prioritize features and fixes.
- Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to guarantee code quality.
What You Need
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go for distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and Unix/Linux environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes or Cloud Foundry orchestration.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform (or Spacelift).
- Familiarity with distributed tracing and OpenTelemetry concepts.
- Excellent communication and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience.
Good to Have
- Experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation.
- Integration with APM platforms like Datadog or New Relic.
- AWS Certified Developer Associate (optional).
