You’ll own end‑to‑end Power BI solutions, from requirement gathering through production support, driving smarter decisions for the business.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, deploy, and support secure, scalable Power BI solutions.
- Build and optimise star‑schema models and DAX calculations for enterprise analytics.
- Define standards, templates, and automation to improve consistency and maintainability.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and row‑level security across the reporting flow.
- Act as technical advisor to business users and delivery partners.
- Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and promote continuous learning.
What You Need
- 4‑6 years BI/analytics experience, with 4+ years Power BI delivery.
- Advanced Power BI Desktop & Service expertise, including pipelines and gateways.
- Strong DAX, Power Query, and dimensional modelling skills.
- Proficient SQL and data integration from databases, cloud platforms, APIs.
- Experience with source‑to‑report reconciliation, UAT, deployment, production support.
Good to Have
- Exposure to pharma/healthcare regulated commercial reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or Snowflake.
- Knowledge of DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, or Power Automate for automation.
