Job Title: Application Developer – DevOps (Dynatrace L2 Engineer)
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) – Onsite from Day 1
Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace L2 Engineer to join our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in monitoring and managing Dynatrace environments to ensure optimal performance and availability. This role requires troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest Dynatrace features and industry trends.
Experience Requirements
• Total Experience: 5+ years
• Relevant Experience: 4+ years in Dynatrace and application performance monitoring
Mandatory Skills
• Proven hands-on experience as a Dynatrace L2 Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring, configuration, and optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Dynatrace-related technical issues
Nice To Have Skills
• Experience with other monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics
• Dynatrace certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Associate, Dynatrace Professional)
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage Dynatrace environments for optimal performance and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynatrace and integrated systems
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing queries and concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Dynatrace solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for Dynatrace configurations, processes, and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features, enhancements, and industry best practices
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support when required
Other Details
• Work Mode: Onsite from Day 1 (No remote option)
• Candidates must meet relevant experience criteria for the band level.
