Position Scope:
• Performs standard/routine assignments by following existing procedures
• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior-level roles
• Has impact on own work team/functional/business unit
• Requires working knowledge and experience within own function/specialty area
• Continues to build professional expertise, including knowledge of the domain, processes, customers etc
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:
• Solves variety of problems of mode ate scope and within own area
• Analyzes possible solutions using technical expertise and independent judgment, but typically within defined practices and procedures
Leadership:
• Guided by objectives of project or ongoing assignments
• Plans own work priorities on a regular basis without guidance of management
Collaboration:
• Shares skills and knowledge with others while building working relationships
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 0-2 years of experience
• Deep knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Ability to document, track and monitor problem/issue to a timely resolution
• Collaborative problem-solving
ability and self-motivated
