What You’ll Do
Build backend services and APIs for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and KYC.
Design systems that handle real‑time customer transactions and future financial products.
Integrate with internal platforms, payment providers, AI services and third‑party partners.
Own reliability, security, latency, observability, data integrity and incident response.
Collaborate with product, frontend, mobile and AI teams to launch features quickly and safely.
Streamline existing flows by removing manual steps and automating repeatable processes.

What You Need
Proven production‑grade backend engineering experience.
Deep knowledge of APIs, databases, authentication/authorization, queues, jobs and event‑driven architecture.
Track record of building services used by real customers at scale.
Strong debugging, reliability, security and data‑quality mindset.
Ability to balance speed, correctness, scalability and maintainability.

Good to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, digital wallets, KYC, fraud or risk domains.
