What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design, optimise, and index database schemas for high‑performance queries.
- Implement caching, background jobs, and async processing pipelines.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, DevOps, and AI/ML teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
What You Need
- 3‑6 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, Go or a comparable language.
- Hands‑on experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Django, Express or similar.
- Strong knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimisation.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and logging/debugging tools.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes.
- Built high‑traffic, high‑performance backend systems for mobile or web apps.
- Integrated AI/ML models into production services.
- Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi.
