We’re Hiring: CMS Front-End Web Developer (On-site – Mohali)

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site, Full-time)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
Experience: 2–3 years. This role is not for Freshers.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer with hands-on experience in popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, etc.
You will be responsible for crafting responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing websites based on design mockups and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert design files (Figma/PSD/XD) into responsive websites using CMS platforms
• Customize front-end of CMS themes and templates
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers
• Troubleshoot layout issues across browsers and devices
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic jQuery is a plus)
• Experience with CMS front-end customization (WordPress themes, Shopify Liquid, Webflow layouts, etc.)
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Basic knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar builders
• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid or Webflow CMS structures
• Basic understanding of hosting, DNS, and content migration
