Job Title: Consultant Software Engineer (.NET Core)
Years of Experience: 10+ years with
Education: B.E / BTech / MCA/ MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Job Location: Bengaluru
As a Consultant Software Engineer, you will design and develop innovative .NET Technologies based web applications, platforms, and products. You will be responsible for building applications from the ground up, enhancing and maintaining existing systems, and ensuring robust performance and security. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across multiple workstreams, and the ability to engage with customers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize performant REST APIs.
• Participate in requirements analysis and architectural discussions.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Implement unit tests and ensure application quality.
• Optimize overall application performance.
• Deliver solutions for assigned modules and collaborate with team members.
• Work with designers to implement web design features.
• Ensure strong data governance and application security.
• Contribute actively as an Agile team member.
Skills & Competencies
• 8years+ experience working on Microsoft .NET stack: C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL Server (2017+) , Web API
• Must have proficiency with frameworks: Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and threading.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles.
• Experience in Cloud Services (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written) with clarity and precision.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
