About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and control systems for the manufacturing industry. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives and collaborate closely with clients to translate their needs into effective engineering solutions.

You will handle upstream processes including requirements definition, system design, project management, and vendor coordination. The role also involves contributing to in-house product development that leverages feedback from customers to continuously enhance system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead system design and development for monitoring and control applications in manufacturing.

Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and overall system integration.

Contribute to internal product development projects aligned with digital transformation goals.

Conduct testing, validation, and implementation of control systems.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in monitoring and control system design (preferably PLC or SCADA-based).

Familiarity with industrial systems, automation, or manufacturing process control.

Hands-on experience with PLC programming tools, Visual Studio, and database management (SQL).

Strong knowledge of IEC 61131-3 languages (ST, FBD, LD, SFC) and C#, VBScript, ASP.Net, JavaScript.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MELSEC, Sysmac, or equivalent PLC systems.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.

Interest in automation, renewable energy systems, and industrial IoT.

Working Conditions:

Standard hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (7 hours 45 minutes/day).

Overtime: Approximately 20 hours/month.

Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

Paid leave: 7–20 days in the first year (increasing with tenure).

Remote work available up to 3 days per week.
