What You’ll Do
Design and develop high‑performance Java applications
Implement multithreaded and concurrent processing
Optimize code for speed and reliability

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
What You Need
5+ years of Core Java development experience
Deep knowledge of multithreading and concurrency constructs
Strong grasp of OOP principles and the Java collections framework
Understanding of JVM internals and performance tuning
Ability to solve complex debugging problems
Experience with design patterns in large‑scale systems
Proficiency with Java build tools such as Maven or Gradle
