Join a pioneering team that safeguards millions of digital assets through cutting‑edge hardware wallets and the Trezor Suite ecosystem. You’ll design and operate backend systems that stay reliable even when blockchain nodes or third‑party APIs falter.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and enhance Blockbook, Trezor’s open‑source multi‑currency blockchain indexer.
- Build scalable services for real‑time fiat rates, token metadata, and fee estimation.
- Design fault‑tolerant architectures handling node desynchronizations and API degradations.
- Implement observability: metrics, structured logging, distributed tracing, and alerts.
- Own end‑to‑end deployment and reliability of blockchain infrastructure.
- Contribute code following open‑source standards on GitHub.
What You Need
- Production experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Go, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and failure analysis across services and networks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of blockchain nodes, RPC APIs, and indexer architecture.
- Proven ability to implement monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting in production.
- Proficiency with Git and open‑source development workflows.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Good to Have
- Contributions to open‑source crypto infrastructure or blockchain indexers.
- In‑depth knowledge of UTXO and EVM transaction lifecycles and node mechanics.
The Opportunity
You can choose to receive part or all of your salary in Bitcoin, and you’ll enjoy genuine autonomy to shape architecture and technical strategy.
