What You’ll Do
- Design and develop Python‑based applications from requirements to deployment.
- Configure and customize software solutions to meet client specifications.
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholder queries and issue resolution.
- Lead code reviews and enforce best‑practice standards.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.

What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong grasp of software design principles and SDLC.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Experience in database design and data modeling.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- 15 years of full‑time formal education.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
