You’ll craft ETL pipelines and interactive dashboards that influence decisions across regions, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge BI tools and a collaborative, hybrid work environment. What You’ll Do Create and manage ETL pipelines delivering clean data to a warehouse or data lake. Build interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards delivering actionable insights. Optimize data models and queries for high‑performance reporting. Conduct QA testing, bug triage, and documentation to ensure data reliability. Automate data extraction, transformation, and visualization workflows. Implement security controls to safeguard data and BI solutions. Deploy dashboards following user requirements and Visa standards. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 1–2 years experience as a BI Engineer or data visualization analyst. Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI (or D3.js) for dashboard creation. Strong SQL skills: complex queries, analytic functions, performance tuning. Hands‑on experience with Hadoop/Hive schema design and scripting. Knowledge of LOD, DAX, Power Query, M language, Tableau Prep. Git/GitHub version‑control expertise. Good to Have UI/UX prototyping using Adobe XD, Figma, Proto.io or Marvel. Background in shared services, consulting, or financial services. Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Power BI Data Analyst certification.
