Design high‑volume, parallel ETL pipelines with Ab Initio GDE and support AWS‑based data platforms. The role offers end‑to‑end ownership of reusable, parameter‑driven logic in a hybrid on‑prem/cloud environment.

What You’ll Do
Design and implement parallel Ab Initio Plans using core transformation components.
Write reusable PDL scripts for parameter‑driven ETL logic.
Automate and orchestrate jobs with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch workloads via TWS or equivalent.
Perform SQL‑based data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning on AWS data platforms.

What You Need
4+ years experience with Ab Initio GDE and its standard components.
Strong proficiency in Parameterised Data Language (PDL).
Advanced Unix/Linux scripting and SQL skills.
Hands‑on experience with batch schedulers (TWS or similar).
Working knowledge of AWS data services (S3, Hadoop/EMR) and cloud security concepts.

Good to Have
Experience in on‑prem to Hadoop/cloud data migration projects.
Background in financial services or banking data environments.
Expertise in production support, defect analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
