Data Engineer – ETL/ELT Pipeline – Chennai
This role focuses on building robust ETL/ELT pipelines and managing data specifically on Google Cloud Platform. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing.
Utilize GCP platforms for data storage and processing.
Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality.
Implement engineering best practices and updated technologies.
Work with big data tools like Spark and Airflow.
Manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
Leverage visualization tools like BigQuery for reporting.
What You Need
Minimum 5 years of data engineering experience.
Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development.
Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
Strong experience with GCP cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Apache Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good to Have
Experience with machine learning pipelines and MLOps.
Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Proficiency using AI-powered coding acceleration tools.
Knowledge of data governance and catalog tools.
