Data Engineer – Java & Spark – Tamil Nadu

What You’ll Do
Design and implement Java/Spring Boot microservices for data ingestion.
Develop Spark jobs to transform and process massive datasets.
Write clean, performant code with a focus on concurrency.
Optimize data structures to reduce latency and resource usage.
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to define data requirements.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot production issues.
What You Need
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong Core Java skills (including multithreading and concurrency).
Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot.
Practical knowledge of Apache Spark (6 – 12 months or solid theory).
Proficiency in SQL and building ETL/data pipelines.
Ability to join within 30 days (immediate joiners welcome).
Good to Have
Experience with performance tuning of distributed systems.
Familiarity with Karat coding assessments and on‑site technical evaluations.
The Opportunity
