You’ll help lay the data foundations that make AI solutions reliable, trusted, and scalable across Corporate Affairs. The role focuses on improving data readiness, quality, and governance to ensure AI outputs are accurate and compliant.
What You’ll Do
- Assess data readiness for priority AI use cases.
- Document data sources, definitions, quality requirements, and constraints.
- Monitor data quality, flag issues, and drive remediation.
- Maintain metadata, lineage, and documentation for transparency.
- Prepare, validate, and update AI datasets regularly.
- Report data quality status, risks, and remediation progress.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Management).
- 8‑12 years in data management, governance, or quality roles.
- Hands‑on experience with AI platforms or toolchains (Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
- Proven ability to assess data readiness and improve data quality.
- Strong knowledge of metadata, lineage, ownership, and control processes.
- Experience collaborating with IT, data owners, and business stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Background supporting Corporate Affairs, communications, or reputation functions.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement, change management, and consulting.
- Familiarity with responsible AI governance and data privacy regulations.
