You will develop end‑to‑end reporting solutions that unify data from multiple source systems into a central Snowflake repository. Leveraging your Life Sciences knowledge and FHIR expertise, you’ll create secure, scalable pipelines that power analytics and dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement ETL pipelines using Snowpipe/Snowpark for Snowflake.
- Consolidate data from diverse source systems into a unified repository.
- Build data models and PL/SQL objects supporting FHIR resources.
- Ensure advanced security for PHI/PII in cloud environments.
- Optimize warehouse performance and enable high‑availability monitoring.
- Collaborate with Life Sciences analysts to deliver SSRS/Power BI reports.
What You Need
- Minimum 4 years experience in reporting, ETL, and Snowflake data warehousing.
- Strong SQL proficiency and Python scripting for data transformation.
- Hands‑on work with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Experience implementing security controls for Level 3, PII/PHI data.
- Ability to design large‑scale data models and PL/SQL procedures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and cloud CLI.
Good to Have
- Experience with SSRS or Power BI reporting in Life Sciences.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred.
