What You’ll Do
- Design and develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
- Identify automation opportunities with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Implement automation tools, platforms, and APIs.
- Test and troubleshoot automated processes for accuracy.
- Monitor performance and maintain automated systems to meet SLAs.
- Provide technical support and training to end‑users.
What You Need
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT, or M.E. in Software Engineering.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Experience using automation platforms and APIs.
- ISTQB testing certification or equivalent.
- Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate certification.
