What You’ll Do
Write clean, maintainable Java code (and optionally C#) under senior guidance.
Participate in peer code reviews and collaborative team discussions.
Diagnose and fix bugs, and implement new feature requests.
Produce technical documentation and share knowledge internally.
Contribute to agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.

What You Need
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Java skills; willingness to work with C# if needed.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
- Hands‑on experience with Git (or similar version control) and unit‑testing frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Good to Have
Experience in agile development environments.
Basic familiarity with cloud platforms or CI/CD tools.
Exposure to investment‑banking or financial‑services projects.
