Job Description
Designation: Sales Support & Digital Marketing Specialist
Department: Business Development / Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Head – Business Development
Mission:
To provide seamless backend support to the sales team, ensure timely client communication, and enhance brand presence through digital and email marketing initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain responsiveness, order clarity, and marketing visibility.
• Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Support
· Share offers/quotations with clients on request from the sales team.
· Follow up with the sales team for order updates, client requirements, and pipeline tracking.
· Feed and maintain accurate data in Odoo CRM on behalf of the sales team.
· Follow up with the dispatch/logistics team for timely dispatch of client orders.
· Draft and send professional emails for scheduling meetings and plant visits.
· Maintain and update offer trackers, client communication logs, and internal CRM sheets.
Client Interaction (Mild)
· Respond to standard client queries and communications over email or phone under the direction of sales leads.
· Ensure timely and courteous follow-ups to maintain client confidence and responsiveness.
Digital & Email Marketing + Content Writing
· Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, client newsletters, and updates.
· Create and manage social media content, digital brochures, and corporate communications.
· Write crisp content for product campaigns, internal mailers, and customer communication.
· Coordinate basic digital marketing tasks (post scheduling, website updates, vendor coordination).
· Training Support & Internal Communication
· Create basic training modules and learning content for sales and onboarding purposes.
· Work closely with sales, design, and admin teams for coordination.
· Ensure marketing material and documentation are up to date.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
· 1–2 years’ experience in sales coordination, marketing assistance, or client communication roles.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Working knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and basic digital/email marketing tools.
· Familiarity with Odoo or similar CRM software is a plus.
· Good sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
