What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of senior engineers delivering software using agile methodologies.

What You Need
- 15+ years of software development delivering enterprise‑grade solutions.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, and micro‑services.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven ability to architect high‑performance, secure applications at scale.
- Deep knowledge of data engineering using Hadoop, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark.
- Demonstrated leadership managing large, distributed engineering teams in Agile/SAFe environments.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with the card ecosystem (issuer, acquirer, fraud, loyalty).
