You’ll set the technical direction for enterprise‑scale AI applications, defining architectures, standards, and platform capabilities that enable secure, reliable, and cost‑efficient solutions across product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive a multi‑year AI platform strategy aligned with business outcomes.
- Establish architecture principles, reference designs, and patterns for GenAI, ML, and data foundations.
- Review solution designs across AI initiatives, mediating trade‑offs and ensuring measurable value delivery.
- Build shared components such as model registries, feature stores, and internal developer tooling.
- Lead model selection, evaluation, prompt governance, and human‑in‑the‑loop frameworks for LLMs.
What You Need
- 15+ years in software/AI engineering with proven technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep expertise designing distributed, cloud‑native microservices and data architectures (OLTP/OLAP, streaming, Snowflake).
- Proven experience with ML/GenAI at scale, including model lifecycle, MLOps, and prompt governance.
- Strong background in AWS, Azure, or GCP for secure AI/ML deployments and cost optimization.
Good to Have
- Experience building internal developer platforms or AI Centers of Excellence.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
