About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Einstein Consultant/Engineer with deep expertise in Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder, and Discovery to design, implement, and maintain advanced AI-powered solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce core products, machine learning concepts, and integration strategies to drive data-driven decision-making and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Einstein Analytics Development :
• Build and maintain Einstein Analytics dashboards and datasets, including complex data flows, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Einstein Prediction Builder
• Develop, train, and deploy predictive models using Salesforces Prediction Builder. Handle data preparation, feature engineering, and performance tuning.
Einstein Discovery
• Design and maintain insight-driven applications using Einstein Discovery, delivering automated insights and actionable recommendations.
AI-Powered Solution Design
• Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein, such as intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive service models.
Cross-Cloud Integration
• Seamlessly integrate Einstein features with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance automation and personalization.
Data Preparation & Management
• Prepare, cleanse, and transform large datasets for use in Einstein solutions, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
Model Management
• Handle model lifecycle including training, validation, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring and optimization.
Solution Deployment
• Configure, test, and deploy AI and analytics solutions in production environments, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
Salesforce Platform Expertise :
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Einstein Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), Prediction Builder, and Discovery.
AI & Machine Learning Background
• At least 1 year of experience working with AI technologies, including machine learning models, GenAI/Agentforce, NLP, or deep learning concepts.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and SOQL. Experience with external data integration and APIs is a plus.
Data & Visualization Skills
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and creating actionable data & Communication :
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and manage project timelines.
