As a Software Engineer specializing in Development and Test, you will be responsible for the specification and development of Embedded Software used in standalone products. Your key tasks will involve designing and implementing software subsystems to control FPGA/ASIC Hardware solutions. We are looking for a quick learner and dynamic engineer who is enthusiastic about enhancing their skills by working with cutting-edge FPGA/ASIC technology.
Your work experience should include proficiency in C programming and software development within a Linux environment. Additionally, you should have expertise in designing software API interfaces, C/C++ programming, multi-threaded software development, firmware development, register interface programming, and familiarity with general algorithms and data structures.
Ideally, you should have experience in developing software for x86, standalone, and RTOS platforms, as well as knowledge of Zephyr RTOS and NVMe technology. Moreover, experience with embedded processors like ARM, RISCV, and TenSilica is highly desirable. Strong debugging skills at the device and board level using tools like gdb and JTAG debuggers will be crucial for this role.
Previous exposure to Storage Technologies, scripting languages such as Python, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are advantageous. Your problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and communication prowess will play a vital role in your success in this position.,
