Requirements
Hiring Urgent – Field Service Engineer
• Extensive Travel Required to different parts of Country. (Candidates who cannot travel, DO NOT APPLY)
• 3–5 years of customer support experience – Electronic / Instrumentation / Computer H/w & OS exposure.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel.
• Loves problem solving, troubleshooting, excited to learn, hardworking & collaborative with other team members.
• Good Communication skills (English/Hindi) + Add-on language is Bonus.
Job Duties
• Ensures that all the request, queries and complaint of customer are responded in a timely and professionally
• Serves as a basic point of contact for Customer/Dealers with complaints, queries, request, feedback etc
• Loves travelling, (tour at short notice).
