The Opportunity:

This Financial Operations Analyst role will report to the XXXX. This role will be responsible for various aspects of the companies Finance Operations supporting its Vietnam based Billing & Reporting, helping manage its 3rd party product revenue, expenses and invoicing and helping maintain its CRM records.

This role is for someone who loves operational tasks, identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes and working across a dedicated finance team in Vietnam and the United States. You must detail oriented, know how to check work to ensure its accuracy and strong Excel skills.

The Responsibilities:

– Work with the leadership and operations team to ensure timely accurate invoicing of all customers, provide related reports and analytics related to the business unit.

– Manage the detail data on all 3rd party products the company is reselling; reconcile and validate the data and ensure all items are properly invoiced to the Companys customer or partners.

– Support the Finance team in maintaining accurate data in its CRM system, validate all changes

– Work with operations and finance leadership to document and improve existing processes

– Analyze results, identify patterns and trends in data sets, and reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business, management, or Controllership teams.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor of Science in Business or equivalent degree 5-7 years experience in technology, Financial Technical a plus

– Strong technology skills including MS word, excel, power point at a minimum

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Finance or similar experience.

– Experience with Tsys systems, reporting a plus

– Ability to analyze large datasets

– Experience with Accounting and Finance transactional flow and business processes

– Proficient in gathering data from financial modules and tables in local ERP Skilled in analyzing large data sets for trends, missing elements, data cleansing opportunities, and data normalization activities.
– Strong excel and analytics skills.

– Interpersonal skills to work cross departments and with outside sponsor banks to research and resolve issues.

– Self starter.

– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

– Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support when required.

– Be able to work in a collaborative way, sharing learnings and best practices.
