Job Title: Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer, you’ll help design and implement performant, SEO-friendly, and accessible user interfaces that make complex workflows feel effortless.
What You’ll Be Working On-
-Building responsive, performant, and accessible UIs using Next.js and React
-Implementing server-side rendering (SSR) and SEO-optimized frontend experiences
-Collaborating closely with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and dynamic data
-Designing clean and scalable frontend architecture to support modular monolith and future microservices
-Contributing to frontend DevOps tasks — optimizing Docker images, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring smooth deployments
-Ensuring consistent design language and usability across the platform
Key Responsibilities-
-Develop reusable React components and frontend modules in Next.js
-Optimize rendering performance and bundle size for speed and scalability
-Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive UIs
-Integrate backend APIs securely and efficiently
-Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsive design
-Write maintainable, testable code with clear documentation
-Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices
*Must-Have Skills*
-Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
-Experience with SSR and SEO optimization for web applications
-Solid understanding of RESTful API integration
-Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (branching, PRs, reviews)
-Experience with Docker and containerized development
-Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
-Understanding of auth flows (OAuth 2.0, JWT, 2FA)
-Experience in startup or agile environments
*Nice-to-Have Skills*
-Familiarity with AWS (S3, CloudFront) for frontend deployment
-Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
-Knowledge of Postman, Swagger, or API documentation tools
-Understanding of analytics integration and user session tracking
-Experience with design systems or component libraries (e.g., Chakra, Material UI)
