Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Kolkata, India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing engineering team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in both front-end and back-end technologies, and confident in building secure, responsive, and scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
· Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
· Create and manage databases using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
· Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best development practices.
· Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy applications using Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and project managers.
· Participate in Agile processes—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
· Contribute to application testing using Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.
Required Skills
· 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, and Node.js.
· Strong understanding of Spring Boot, RESTful API development, and database design.
· Experience with MongoDB, SQL, and ORM tools like Mongoose or Hibernate.
· Familiarity with DevOps and deployment pipelines using Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.
· Solid understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.
· Good problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork.
Nice to Have
· Experience with real-time applications (e.g., Socket.io, WebRTC).
· Working knowledge of OAuth2/JWT authentication.
· Exposure to cloud-native architecture and microservices.
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
