Join a fast‑growing tech team where you’ll blend hands‑on WordPress development with server‑level administration. You’ll be the primary technical resource, handling everything from custom theme builds to fixing 403 errors and database glitches.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, child themes, and plugins.
- Build responsive front‑ends using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Integrate WordPress sites with HubSpot forms, CRM, and tracking codes.
- Manage cPanel/WHM hosting, DNS, SSL, and email accounts.
- Diagnose and resolve HTTP errors, database issues, and redirect problems.
- Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, and security patches.
What You Need
- 5+ years WordPress development, custom theme & plugin experience.
- Strong PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery skills.
- Proven HubSpot integration, including forms and CRM synchronization.
- Hands‑on cPanel/WHM administration and DNS management.
- Experience with backups, restores, and server error troubleshooting.
- Proficient with Git version control and basic Linux/SSH commands.
Good to Have
- HubSpot CMS for Developers certification.
- Cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud) or VPS experience.
- Cloudflare configuration expertise, including DNS and WAF rules.
The Opportunity
The role is split roughly 50 % development and 50 % server administration, giving you full ownership of the website lifecycle.
