What You’ll Do
Ideate, design, and own end‑to‑end innovation projects.
Build scalable full‑stack applications using AI, GenAI, and data‑science models.
Create intelligent features, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts.
Collaborate with product, UX, and research teams to spot innovation opportunities.
Conduct technical reviews of emerging tools and architectures.
Document AI models, code, and process flows for future reuse.
Mentor junior engineers and support Business Intelligence initiatives.

What You Need
3+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
Strong full‑stack skills (e.g., React, Node.js, Java, Python).
Experience building AI/GenAI or data‑science pipelines.
Proficiency with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
Solid grasp of programming fundamentals and software design patterns.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and communication abilities.

Good to Have
Contributions to open‑source AI projects.
Certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure) or machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience delivering AI‑driven product features at scale.
