Roles & Responsibilities
1. Should have done at least 2 full stack projects from Scratch in React and Java including first time connection setup.
2. Should have designed the project flows as per the requirement.
Individual Contributor to his projects, should be capable to estimate requirement completion time and able to deliver on the estimated effort.
3. Should have good understanding on Java Multithreading and backend Spring Boot Concepts.
4. Should be familiar in React basics to the advance implementation like website optimization and techniques, should have a proven track record of such work.
5. Good Communication with experience on handling direct clients as well.
