What You’ll Do At Fynd
• Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js.
• Build and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS, leveraging the power of Next.js for SSR/SSG.
• Work across the entire development lifecycle: from brainstorming and prototyping to deployment and support.
• Participate in code reviews, share constructive feedback, and uphold clean code standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the creation of well-documented, reusable components and backend APIs.
• Stay updated with modern web trends and tools to continuously elevate team knowledge and project quality.
What We’re Looking For
• Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, B-Tech, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid foundation in Next.js, Node.js, and React.js.
• Practical knowledge of MongoDB and familiarity with Express.js.
• Experience with responsive design principles and building UI with Tailwind CSS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and grow within a tech-driven culture.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous data handling, and API integration.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning).
